Thomas Kinkade born in Sacramento, California. Kinkade is an American painter of popular and commercial realistic, bucolic, and idyllic subjects. He is notable for the mass marketing of his work as printed reproductions and other licensed products via The Thomas Kinkade Company. He characterizes himself as “Thomas Kinkade, Painter of Light,” a phrase he protects through trademark, and likes to be known as “America’s most-collected living artist”. Media Arts, the publicly-traded company that licenses and sells Kinkade’s products, claims that 1 in 20 homes in the U.S. feature some form of Thomas Kinkade’s art.


Geoff Hunt born 1948 started his career after studying Graphic Design at Kingston and Epson schools of art in 1966-1970. He worked in Advertising for a couple of years and then established himself as a freelance Artist and Designer. Hunt is a renowned British maritime Artist and former President of the Royal Society of Marine Artists.
According to Artist Partners LTD; “Geoff Hunt is one of the worlds finest painters and the 18th and 19th century ships”.
In an interview with Artist and Illustrators magazine Hunt said; “I find ships awesome, fascinating and slightly frightening”.

Bovey Lee was born in Hong Kong and is a cut paper artist in Pittsburgh USA. She has always been artistic, learning Chinese calligraphy at the age of 10. She learn painting and drawing in her formative years and completed a BA Fine arts degree at the Chinese University in Hong Kong. In 1993 she arrive in the US and studied as a painter and the University of California in Berkley. There she gained her Masters of fine arts degree. Bovey Lee then decided in 1997 to complete another MFA in Digital Arts at Pratt Institute. Since then she has been living and working all over America and has had many exhibitions all over the world.


J.M.W Turner
Joseph Mallord William Turner, 23rd April 1775 – 19th December 1851. Turner was an English romantic landscape painter, watercolourist and printmaker. Turner was considered a controversial figure in his day but is now regarded as the artist who elevated landscape painting to an eminence rivalling history painting. He is renowned for his oil paintings but is also the greatest master of British watercolour landscape painting. Turner is commonly known as “The painter of light” and his work is regarded as a romantic preface to impressionism.

Julian Beever is an English chalk artist who has been creating chalk drawings on pavement surfaces since the mid 1990s. He uses a projection technique called anamorphosis to create the illusion of three dimensions when viewed from the correct angle. It is often possible to position a person within the image as if they were interacting with the scene. Beever also paints murals for companies with acrylic paints. He also replica the works of masters and oil paintings and created collages.

Simon Schubert Born in 1976, he is an artist based in Cologne, Germany. He is inspired by surrealism and Samuel Beckett. Schuberts works imagine architectonical settings, common situations and objects, whereas the materials he uses are either simple or sophisticated, white paper foldings or mixed media arrangements.
